I'm very slowly losing my mind so if anyone has any tips or suggestions, I'm all ears. Ok, so steam is a great program and all but when youre downloading a game it takes forever. I have restarted my computer, reinstalled Windows, restarted my modem and router, reinstalled Steam, stopped my FireWall, and disabled my Antivirus program, tried installed on SSD and transferring to HDD, changed my download region, limited my download speed, cleared the download cache, ran the program as administrator and I don't get any new results. But now, the download consistently takes forever by stopping and restarting. Alright, so long story short, I've been trying to download and update some of my games and before this week, I've never had a problem.
